08:00 am: The English speaking guide pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Ha Giang (300km). On the way, you will enjoy the beautiful countryside and the car will stop over for taking the photos. Having lunch on the way. Arrive in Ha Giang, check in hotel and free time for relaxing and walking around city.

Day 2: Ha Giang City - Quan Ba – Yen Minh (~100 km/ ~3,5 hrs by car/van)

Activities:

After having breakfast at your hotel, you will take an easy walk to visit Thon Tha Village, the village of the Tay people. You will have the peaceful feeling while viewing the scenery of stilt houses with thatch roves and palm trees. Continue drive up to the highland region of Ha Giang, the scenery is getting more stunning with high passes and august mountains. You will have opportunities to enjoy wonderful vie and take photos of Quan Ba pass and Quan Ba Heaven Gate. Arrive in Yen Minh town, you spend the rest of the day rambling around a hill tribe village near the town. Then check in hotel and relax. Free time in the evening.

Day 3: Minh – Dong Van (~45 km/ ~1,5 hrs by car/van)

Activities:

Breakfast at your hotel, 08:00 am driver through Dong Van Karst Geo – park, is unique combination between Geoheritages and cultural heritages . There are up to 80% of the karst formations of Dong Van Plateau are limestone formed by environment conditions and different development stages of nature. On the way, the car will stop over for taking the photos and enjoy amazing scenery. You will exploring local life and the culture of the hill tribes such as the H’mong village in Lung Cam and the residence of the Vuong family, called “Palace of Hmong King”. Then free time.

Day 4: Dong Van – Lung Phin or Xa Phin market – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac

Activities:

Breakfast at your hotel and then transfer for visiting The fairs that open on fixed days include Ma Le on every Saturday morning. There are four “cho lui” – Lung Phin, Sa Phin, Pho Bang and Pho Cao. You will exploring Ethnic minority people from mountain villages flock to the fairs by horses, motorbikes or foot. Some go to the fair with their friends, their family or their husband and children. You will experience the everyone dresses in the most beautiful clothes and carries everything on his/her pack. They bring to the fair anything from chickens to pigs, from skirts to scarves and sharpening knives or the vegetables that is just freshly picked from the garden in the early morning.

After lunch, we continue drive towards Meo Vac town. We make some stops en route for admiring the scenery and taking some photos of Ma Pi Leng Pass. Arriving in Meo Vac, check into a local hotel and take a rest. Then if time permit, we will have the opportunity to visit a village of Hmong near the town. Dinner and overnight in Meo Vac

Day 5: Meo Vac – Yen Minh - Ha Giang (~160 km/ ~5hrs by car/van)

Activities:

After breakfast, we start our road trip back to Ha Giang town. (If today is Sunday, You will have a colorful morning as there is a weekend market which takes place right in the town. The market gather locals people who live in the karst plateau and the Mong ethnic minority . They traders their domestic and farming products. This will be a great chance for hunting beautiful photos of the local faces in their traditional dresses.

Upon our arrival in Quan Ba, Yen Minh, we will make a stop in Lung Tam village, a Hmong village where you will learn how local villagers weave brocades. After lunch at Quan Ba, we continue our trip back to Ha Giang. Arrive in Ha Giang City, check in hotel and free time.

"Amazing time with friends"

The best time to visit the Northern Vietnam is from Jan to April when the weather is quite cool and windy. I went on this trip with my friends and we booked our private tour. The service was well-managed and flexible as our request along the way. We were all agreed that this was one of the best places in Viet Nam that we shouldn’t miss. The local foods served well-cooked differently day by day with variable tastes. Discovered the mountain and talked with the ethnic whenever we visited the hill tribes. "Interesting local Market!"

I visited most of the local market in South East Asia wherever I passed by because it showed its specific culture of that area. The fair in Lung Phin Market was surprising me more than ever due to. Everyone showed up as they were going to the special event with their colorful and glorious traditional costume carrying things on their back waiting for the fair beginning. If you intend to join the fair, don’t miss any part of it. I left the market before it ended. Another interesting in this trip was to learn how local villagers weave brocades at Lung Tam village. I love either the local foods or their special culture. Our talented and knowledgeable tour guide helped us to enrich our information about this area. Thank you so much!

"What a great Fair!"

We planned to visit Sapa instead of Ha Giang.Due to the heavy rain and bad weather, most of the trips to Sapa were canceled. Because of limited time, the travel agent suggested us to book this tour so we decided to take it. We didn’t expect that it was so marvelous that we were all surprised by itsscenery. We spent mostly time in the car travelling from city to the hill tribes, enjoy the stunning view from the pass. Our trip took place at weekend we had chance to joined the great fair at Lung Phin Market to watched the ethnic exchange and purchase their stuffs. It was a great service management throughout the trip from the beginning to the last day. We entirely satisfied with this unexpected trip thanks to the flexible system of this travel agent. I would love come back to this agent whenever I visit the North of Viet Nam.
